At WorkSync (operated by Aurex Digitals), we value the trust you place in us when using our cloud repair management platform. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, storage, processing, and protection of information across our services.

2. Information We Collect

A. Tenant & Account InformationStore business name, business owner name, official email address, phone number, physical store address, GST/Tax numbers, and authorized staff profiles.

B. Repair Ticket & Device InformationCustomer names and mobile numbers entered for repair jobs, device brand/model, serial/IMEI numbers, fault descriptions, technician repair notes, and diagnostic intake photos.

C. Operational & Log DataAccess timestamps, front-desk PIN unlocks, IP addresses, browser types, and system event logs to maintain service security and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Payment & Financial Information Security

PCI-DSS Compliant Payment Handling

All online transactions (subscription payments, renewals, and upgrade charges) are processed directly through certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay and Stripe). WorkSync does NOT store, capture, or have access to your sensitive payment instruments (including full credit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, or online banking passwords).

4. How We Use Your Information

To provision, authenticate, and maintain your store workspace.
To generate PDF repair job sheets, customer receipts, and thermal POS invoices.
To trigger automated repair progress updates via SMS and WhatsApp (only when configured by the store owner).
To calculate real-time analytics, technician workloads, and store inventory balances.
To prevent security breaches, fraudulent activity, and enforce tenant isolation.

5. Data Storage, Architecture & Encryption

WorkSync utilizes enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure:

Data in Transit: Encrypted using HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption protocols.
Data at Rest: Stored in secured cloud databases (Google Cloud Firebase) with strict multi-tenant isolation rules.
Attachments & Photos: Stored securely in Cloudflare R2 object storage with time-limited signed URLs.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with reputable third-party service providers solely to fulfill core functionalities:

Payment Gateways: Razorpay / Stripe (Payment processing)
Authentication: Google Firebase Authentication
Cloud Hosting: Vercel & Google Cloud Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your store or customer data to third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights & Data Control

As a WorkSync account holder, you have the right to access your stored data, export your customer and ticket histories in standard formats (CSV/PDF), request corrections, or request complete deletion of your tenant workspace and associated records by contacting our support desk.
